💡 Quick Summary: We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the service has not been used. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within 48 hours of payment
- The VPS service has not been provisioned/activated yet
- There was a payment error (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
- The service was unavailable due to our fault for an extended period
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have been provisioned and used
- Flight booking fees after ticket confirmation
- T.S Key and ID Section access once activated
- Services cancelled due to terms of service violation
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID
- Provide the reason for refund request
- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Method
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. They may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for partially used services. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining service period.
6. Disputes
If you're not satisfied with a refund decision, you can escalate the matter by emailing support@vpshosting.com with the subject "Refund Dispute".
