Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within 48 hours of payment
- The VPS service has not been provisioned/activated yet
- There was a payment error (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
- The service was unavailable due to our fault for an extended period
2. Non-Refundable Items
No refund after VPS service activation. The following are non-refundable:
- VPS/Cloud services that have been provisioned and actively used
- Services cancelled due to terms of service violation
- Domain registration fees (if applicable)
3. Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is requested before activation, refund may be processed. To request cancellation:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID
- Provide the reason for cancellation
- Our team will review within 24-48 hours
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for partially used services. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining service period.
