This Privacy Policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023 of India, governing how we collect, process, and protect your information when you access our VPS and Cloud hosting services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect user data such as name, email, and phone for service delivery. Specifically:

  • Identity Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number (collected during registration).
  • Financial Metadata: Payment confirmation timestamps and transaction IDs. We never log credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
  • Usage & Telemetry: Anonymized server interaction logs, CDN bandwidth consumption, and error diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only for legitimate business purposes:

  • To provision and manage your VPS and Cloud hosting services.
  • To enforce network security, detect DDoS patterns, and mitigate malicious network traffic.
  • To process lawful transactions and deliver monthly invoices.
  • To provide continuous technical assistance via encrypted channels.

3. Payment Information

We do not store any card details, banking details, UPI PINs, or any other sensitive financial information on our servers. All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We only store non-sensitive payment metadata such as transaction IDs, payment confirmation timestamps, and order references for record-keeping and customer support purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Trusted Third Parties

We have a strict No-Sell policy for your personal data. We may share necessary user data with trusted third-party services for the following purposes:

  • Cashfree Payments: We share necessary customer details (name, email, phone) with Cashfree Payment Gateway for secure payment processing. Cashfree is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and handles all financial transactions securely. View Cashfree's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudinary: Acts as our Asset CDN for profile avatars and uploaded documents.
  • Google Firebase: Manages our core authentication pipeline and databases under AES-256 server-side encryption.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

All active user configurations are securely hosted in isolated data environments. If you terminate your account, your personal identifying information is purged from our active databases within 30 days, retaining only anonymized tax or billing records as required by Indian Law.

6. Your Rights under the DPDP Act

You have the absolute right to:

  • Request a comprehensive export of your stored personal data.
  • Demand immediate correction of inaccurate profile data.
  • Request complete deletion (Right to be Forgotten) of your account.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
