1. Information We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provision your services:

  • Identity Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number (collected during registration verification).
  • Financial Metadata: Payment confirmation timestamps and transaction IDs. We never log credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
  • Usage & Telemetry: Anonymized server interaction logs, CDN bandwidth consumption, and error diagnostics.

2. How We Utilize Your Information

  • To instantly provision and route your Gold & Nova Series Server IPs.
  • To enforce network security, detect DDoS patterns, and mitigate malicious network traffic.
  • To process lawful transactions and deliver monthly invoices.
  • To provide continuous technical assistance via encrypted channels.

3. Data Sharing & Trusted Third Parties

We have a strict No-Sell policy for your personal data. We securely transmit tokenized data to essential infrastructure partners in real-time:

  • Razorpay: Handles all INR (Indian Rupee) financial transactions. Your payment gateway details are piped directly to Razorpay's PCI DSS compliant servers.
  • Cloudinary: Acts as our rapid Asset CDN. If you upload profile avatars or KYC documents (if requested), these files are encrypted and cached safely via Cloudinary.
  • Google Firebase: Manages our core authentication pipeline and NoSQL (Firestore) databases under AES-256 server-side encryption.

4. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

All active user configurations are securely hosted in isolated data environments. If you terminate your account, your personal identifying information is purged from our active databases within 30 days, retaining only anonymized tax or billing records as required by Indian Law.

5. Your Rights under the DPDP Act

You have the absolute right to:

  • Request a comprehensive export of your stored personal data.
  • Demand immediate correction of inaccurate profile data.
  • Request complete deletion (Right to be Forgotten) of your account.
